Vande mataram: Un-islamic

NEW DELHI: Muslims will not be singing Vande Mataram as some verses violate the Islam’s faith in Allah is the fatwa released from the Jamiat -e-Ulema-e-Hind by their influential Darul Uloom seminary at Deoband.

The resolution said Muslims are being asserted over the issue as We love our country but cannot harm the status of allah who is the only god worshipped by Muslims… Fatwa released by Darul Uloom is right.

When the home minister P Chidambaram on Tuesday, addressing the Deoband seminary in Uttar Pradesh to attend the annual convention of the Jamiat-e-Ulema-e-Hind strongly opposed the decree released against singing vande mataram and homosexuality. The home minister also praised jamiat for also releasing fatwa (decree) on terrorism as killing of innocent people is against mankind. He also criticized the demolition of Babri Masjid and said it was the duty of the majority to look after the minorities.

Also the BJP Vice president Mukhtar Naqvi said fatwa issued on not singing vande mataram should not be made compulsory as the Bankim Chandra Chatterjee’s classic is being immortalized which is unacceptable.

BSP’s Shahid Siddiqi, however, defended the religious seminary. He suggested that Deoband seminary wanted to recommend a national song for Muslims.

The Jamiat also strongly oppose the Delhi High Court role of legalizing gay sex. The Jamiat declares homosexuality is against the natures rule and a relationship between two people of same sex will not contribute to human race.

The Jamiat suggested that their version of Islam is true and correct, should be followed by Muslims organization

National song has no reference to Goddess Durga. The full song has a reference but only first two paragraphs were adopted as national song and that doesnt have any reference to any Hindu diety.

India is a secular country and the constitution has adopted Vande Matram as the national song. Look at Pakistan! What has religious fanaticism done to Pakistan? It is in the danger of losing its identity all together. Let not India go the Pakistan way.

India is perhaps the only country, where the muslims want to live without honouring the country. Securalism has not authorised any citizen to hate national song.Be first Indian than Muslim or hindu or christian.Let India survive as secular, do not try to convert it to Pakistan.

These Moulvis have once again created an unnecessary controversy by issuing a fatwa against Vande Mataram. If they do not like it to sing, let them not do it. Why they are issuing unnecessary fatwa against it ? This only symbolizes fanaticism more than anything else and will be interpeted to mean with little bit conviction that they hold religion above everything else. All in all, it is a very bad show by the Moulvis under the guise of protecting their religious beliefs.

so according to Jamaite-ulemae-hind they are first muslim and then indian. Those who believe in such idea they don’t deserve to stay our country. A national song or anthem can’t be made in line with Quran or Bible or Gita.
